📦 Manufacturing and shipping


- Please purchase it carefully in a custom-made way.


- It may take 10-14 days from order to ship, and may take up to 1 month or more depending on the number of orders placed. (excluding weekends and holidays)


- Due to the nature of the material, there may be fine marks and contamination, and please note that it is not defective.


- Due to the nature of beads and natural stones, the limited size and shape are irregular, so the shape is slightly different.


- The colors may look slightly different depending on the monitor specifications and cell phone model.


- Product images may look different from colors depending on natural light, lighting, etc.


- Since it is handmade, there may be a length error depending on where you measure it.


- Macramé products are finished with fire and have scorched marks.





📝 Material characteristics and storage methods


- Beads are made of wire, so they are durable and have less shape deformation.


- If you pull the product strongly or apply a large force, it may be damaged, so please use it carefully.


- Do not clean natural gemstones with powerful detergents such as disinfectants or bleach.


- All parts except beads/natural stones are made of metal that is discolored but can be discolored with humidity and temperature.


- If you are sensitive to metal allergies, please refer to it.


- Due to the nature of the bead, the shape of the bead is not uniform and there is some asymmetry until it is finished in the manufacturing process, so defects do not occur.





✅ Exchange and refund


- Custom-made products cannot be exchanged/refunded.


- If there is a defect or problem with the product after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of receipt. Please make sure to contact us for return/exchange.


- We are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer's carelessness, damage caused by product defects, or physical shock.
