Ordering Process:


1. Please let us know the date you would like to use the product.


2. Please provide the following details of the product you would like:


- Desired tone of color.


- Cartoon character's clothing and hairstyle (we recommend sending a picture for reference in design).


- Desired decoration theme.


3. We will inform you of the date we can send the draft, which usually takes about 7-14 days, depending on our work queue.


4. We will create an invoice and ask you to make the payment.


5. After you receive the draft, you can make changes until you are satisfied, and we will begin making the actual product.


6. After the completion of the actual product, we will arrange to be delivered within the specified timeframe.
