From Coffee Bean to Bar
COFE Bar 喫咖啡吧,啟發自巧克力世界引領風潮的 From Bean to Bar,用咖啡完全替代了巧克力的黑巧克力成分(可可固形物),以可可脂低溫緩慢長時間萃取咖啡豆風味,僅使用很少量的味道乾淨的冰糖調味。「吃的精品咖啡」,是台灣對精品咖啡的全新飲食提案。
本款咖啡選用阿里山蜜處理精品咖啡豆,栽植於阿里山南端,海拔1200公尺,有著台灣高山獨有的風土條件,早晚溫差大,過午則雲霧繚繞,賦予了咖啡生豆質地緻密,風味純淨等優質條件。蜜處理則強化了圓潤的甜感,輔以淺中焙,表現乾淨而甘甜的風味特性。
From Coffee Bean to Bar
Inspired by the concept of bean to bar chocolate, COFE Bar is made of specialty coffee, cacao butter, and small amount of crystal sugar. Coffee is used to completely replace the nonfat cacao solid part of chocolate bar, while the flavor of specialty coffee is slowly but fully extracted by cacao butter during conching. The “edible” specialty coffee is our brand new proposal for specialty coffee.
