A Maori art figure. The figure is hand carved from wood and made in New Zealand. The figure is a Tiki/Teko Teko and is inset with beautiful paua shell eyes. The figure is free standing so does stand upright on its own.





The Tiki is the Maori language for a carved human figure usually in wood.





The Tiki/Teko Teko figure measures 19.5 cm high Width 4 cm Thickness 3.5 cm





The figure has a label to the rear with the words "Hand Carved in ROTORUA, NZ. Timber- Matai"
